Delivery & Returns
-Can I still place orders from you and will there be delays?
Yes, we are taking care of all orders that is coming in every day and we are trying as hard as possible to ship as fast as we normally do. But because of the circumstances regarding Covid -19 and some restrictions regarding shipping/handling in the world at the moment, there may unfortunately in some cases, be minor delays.
We normally use the Swedish postal service, DHL Shipping and UPS as our shipping partners but the choice of carrier and delivery service depends on which country your order is going to be sent to.
When your order is shipped from the warehouse, a delivery confirmation is also sent to your e-mail address. (An additional email will also be sent to you from the Unifaun transport management system with tracking information about your package.)
The products are either delivered to a parcel delivery point near the address you specified when ordering your products or to your door depending on the destination. If the carrier cannot deliver your package, it will be returned to our warehouse in (Gothenburg, Sweden.)
A delivery can sometimes be delayed by the customs authority of the destination country as a random security / inspection procedure.
Orders outside the European Union
Your order will be shipped based on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), which means that the price displayed at checkout is exclusive of all taxes and fees as well as Swedish VAT.
For international orders, there may be additional taxes and fees determined by the customs authority of the country of destination. Although this does not always happen, the assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold (if any) for goods imported to the country of destination. Payment of duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient. Sometimes this can be stated as an extra postage fee.
WrapDesign unfortunately has no control over this type of fees and it is up to every customer outside the EU to familiarize themselves with the regulations issued for their specific country. More information can be obtained from your local customs office.”
Unopened orders in the original packing material can be returned within 21 days. You will receive a full refund excluding shipping costs. Returns must be received in new condition with the protective paper on the back of the vinyl, fully intact.

What if there is something wrong with my order?
If you find that a product is not of good quality, please notify us as soon as possible via email: email@example.com
Please include in your email to us:
- A description of what is wrong with the product and one or more photographs that clearly show the problem.
- If possible, take a photograph on the paper label attached to the product so that we can track where the error may have occurred.
- Enter the order number, the date of purchase and the email address used when placing your order.
- If WrapDesign considers the product to be defective, you will receive a full refund including the shipping costs or send you a new product if you wish.
